Established under the umbrella of Cray Initiative (Change & Resolute All Youth), a renowned non-governmental organization he leads, Oyinlade Virtue Academy embodies Olawale’s lifelong dedication to human rights, youth empowerment, and societal progress. Since its inception, the academy has been a beacon of hope, blending traditional learning with cutting-edge online education to deliver a holistic, globally competitive curriculum. As of 05:45 AM WAT on Friday, June 27, 2025, Oyinlade Virtue Academy continues to inspire a generation, fostering an environment where every learner—be it a young child in our crèches or an adult seeking advanced skills—can thrive and contribute to a brighter future.
Our journey began with Olawale’s recognition of the pressing need to reform education in Nigeria, where outdated curricula and limited access often hinder potential. Drawing from his extensive experience as a human rights advocate, entrepreneur, and educator—evidenced by his leadership in campaigns like the 2019 “Say No to Rape” initiative and the 2018 Cray Initiative Quiz Competition—he envisioned an academy that transcends conventional boundaries. With a motto of Virtue, Knowledge, and Excellence, we are committed to nurturing ethical leaders, equipping students with profound knowledge, and driving them toward outstanding achievement, aligning with global educational standards.
Our Story
Oyinlade Virtue Academy was born out of Olawale David Oyinlade’s passion to transform lives through education, a vision rooted in his early advocacy work with Cray Initiative. Launched to address the educational disparities faced by Nigerian youth, the academy has grown into a dynamic learning hub that serves a diverse student body. From our crèches and nurseries, where young minds are nurtured with foundational skills, to advanced programs for adults in technology and entrepreneurship, we cater to all stages of life. Our founder’s hands-on approach—seen in his engagement with over 376 students during the 2018 Quiz Competition at Iworoko Community High School—has shaped our ethos of inclusivity and impact.
The academy’s development reflects Olawale’s multifaceted career, including his roles as a consultant for AchieveYourGoal Initiative and the founder of #CrayOnlineTv and Oyinlade Farms. This rich background informs our innovative educational model, which integrates practical skills with academic rigor. Over the years, we have expanded our reach, leveraging online platforms to overcome geographical barriers, and continue to evolve with the changing educational landscape as of June 2025.
